Biography
Northline Studio is an independent contemporary art practice based along the Wasatch Front.
The studio’s work moves between painting, drawing, and small spatial studies. Each piece develops through repeated attention: a mark added, a surface interrupted, a composition reduced to what it needs.
This biography is intentionally concise and avoids invented exhibitions, awards, or representation. Replace it with the artist’s verified background when available.
Approach
A practice of revision.
The work holds traces of its making rather than hiding them.
Natural pigment, graphite, oil, linen, and paper create a vocabulary of weight and transparency. Compositions are built gradually and edited with equal care. The finished object remains open, carrying both what is present and what has been removed.
